Do others struggle with fatigue? I've have had long covid for 5 months and i'm still not back to doing the things i used to do (including working full-time), mainly because i'm just too tired. Sleeping helps, obviously, but then i end up sleeping most of the day (and night). I'm struggling a bit mentally with having to drop things i used to like doing (eg jogging), and having to scale back my activities (including social). Not sure how to manage it, and whether it's normal.

Hey Andrew, I totally hear you on this. I am also experiencing debilitating fatigue and mentally struggling to accept that my life has changed. I've found starting new hobbies that are less energy demanding (compared to exercise) quite helpful like painting or drawing.
In terms of managing it - I'm not sure either. I do think it is normal though, I've heard that fatigue is a main Long COVID symptom
